Job Details:

You'll learn about test and measurement domain, connectivity solutions and how to use a vast array of test techniques, tools and methodologies to do a quality check on these products.

Key Responsibilities will include:

•Understand the customer requirements and product definition with R/D team 

•Design and implement the test cases 

•Execute manual and semi-automated tests

•Ensure the product quality in the whole product lifecycle 

•Work with R/D team to continuously improve the software development process and testing tools

Qualification:

0 to 2 year’s Expertise / Work Experience in software.

•Testing and Quality 

oKnowledge of test processes

oKnowledge of Defect management and other test tools

oKnowledge of Test Design / Test Coverage techniques

•Software Development – General

oKnowledge of version control applications like MS Team Foundation or alike

oKnowledge of Programming Languages (C/C++/C#)

oKnowledge of scripting languages (MS Powershell, Perl etc)

•General Computing Awareness: Basic knowledge of Computer hardware, networking concepts, and windows administrative tasks

•Demonstrated strong Communication skills, initiative, ownership, and teamwork skills

•Demonstrated problem solving skills

•Demonstrated Judgment and Decision Making skills

•Planning: Good time management skills

• B.E./B.Tech. Degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Information Systems from reputed Engineering Institutes

Desirable

•Test & Measurement domain knowledge: Basic electronics principles, Family of instruments, Set up basic measurements using front Panel, Make basic measurements

•Awareness of testing in rapid development environment using Agile Methods

•Awareness of processes like SEI CMM, CMMI, 6-Sigma, Lean thinking etc.

•Demonstrated working ability with world-wide groups and across teams of engineers to achieve objectives.
