Job Description:
- Assists in contract summarization, contract management, legal research, drafting, litigation research related projects.
- Applies a working knowledge of applicable laws and regulations; verifies documents for completeness and compliance with quality and client requirements
- Good communication skills in English.
- Typing speed of 30 WPM / 98% Accuracy.
- Strong ability to Analyze and Interpret complex Contract terms.
- Knowledge in Contract and Document Review.
- Candidate should be able conduct Legal Research.
- Understanding of legal fundamentals, methods and procedures.
- Drafting the legal information as per the client requirements.
- Drafting contracts based on pre-agreed precedents and guidelines
- Experience in understanding different types of legal documents.
- Knowledge about Corporate or products.
- Flexible to work in night shift
