Job Details:

• Understand business strategies and needs, in-depth understanding of business processes  (sales, customer management, Service)
• Manage Local Business requirements, formulate adequate solutions, and propose best practice solutions in collaboration with the Business representatives
• Implementation of new proposed systems and roll out
• Manage the functioning in terms of uptime management of Prisma Clarify :  DC Call Centre,  RPS Online,  MS CRM Sales, Sales Force.com.
• Responsible for training the users (Internal employees) on the new systems
• Responsible to drive Business process improvements by developing various SOP's for operations  and usage of the new system
• Ensure existing systems are used adequately and propose continuous improvement actions.(Change request etc.)
• Comply to Global and Regional Guidelines, Standards and IT Quality framework (Project Methodology, System Validation)
