Job Description:
- In depth knowledge on Tele-sales process
- Leadership skills to manage the team of tele-callers
- To intervene and pitch in tele communication with the customer as and when required
- To ensure adherence to the approved script of TALIC product pitching/ Customer objection handling and addressing queries.
- Experience in handling call centre operations
- Sound knowledge and understanding on Insurance Products
- Understanding of Tele-Binding regulations
- Understanding of channel partners day to day operational activities
- Work closely with operations managers in providing excellent customer service
- Team Management and Review
